At Niwino, we want to help you reach your personal or business-related goals. Our coaching is designed to help you change bad digital habits, increase productivity, and achieve important goals. You’ll stay accountable by regularly sharing your progress with us.
Welcome to a video meeting, where we’ll:
1. Identify your distractions
We’ll start by identifying potential distractions, whether it’s phone addiction, social media, gaming, or other time-draining habits. Together, we’ll review your daily routines to understand how your day is structured and pinpoint where your time is slipping away.
2. Define your “big mission”
Next, we identify the project or goal you want to complete, whether it’s writing a thesis, learning an instrument, launching a business or another passion project. By defining your mission, we can create a tailored plan that directs your focus toward meaningful work.
3. Propose a preliminary plan
Finally, based on our discussion we’ll create a preliminary plan to set:
1) Boundaries for your distractions
2) Milestones for your project
You’ll be introduced to our 12-week coaching program, which includes weekly check-ins for both distraction management and goal tracking.
