How the program works

Our coaching program follows a set of clear steps, from first introduction to achieved goals.

💻 Step 1: Book intro meeting

The idea is to have an open conversation about your situation to see whether we can help. We will:

✔️ Discuss your relation to digital distractions (social media, phone, etc.)

✔️ Define your “big mission”, a current project you want to focus on in the next 3 months.

✔️ Set up a preliminary plan based on our discussion

📝 Step 2: Receive program plan & contract

If we agree to work together, I will create a personalized coaching plan for you. I’ll also send you a detailed contract including the terms of our coaching arrangement, and billing details.

🚀 Step 3: The program officially begins

Once you accept the terms of the contract, we’re ready to begin. The program runs for 12 weeks and includes two weekly meetings.

Example of a coaching schedule

Week 1:

  • Go through the details of the program during the next 3 months.
  • Set clear boundaries for your social media use, that we will track.
  • Define your “big mission”, and decide on upcoming milestones.

Week 2-12:

  1. One main meeting (1 hour, video meeting – Monday)
    – Reflect on the progress during the week
    – Setting up new milestones for next week
    – Do necessary adjustments based on your progress
    – New weekly theme & discussion* (provided by instructor)

    Themes are based on relevant literature, such as focus, productivity, well-being, and techniques to reduce distractions.

  2. One mid-week checkup (30 minutes, video meeting – Thursday)
    – How the week has been so far?
    – Did you succeed in sticking to your goals?
    – What has been particularly challenging?
    – How do you feel?

  3. Self-reporting (5 minutes, every day)
    – Quick fill-in of daily progress
    – Enables detailed tracking of your results

The days and times for meetings can be adjusted based on your preferences.
